How it Work ?

Material Preparation:

Concrete is mixed (either dry or wet) and loaded into the machine's hopper or drum. If it's a dry-mix machine, water is added at the nozzle.

Spraying Process:

In dry-mix systems, compressed air blows the dry mix through the hose, where water is injected before hitting the surface.

In wet-mix systems, pre-mixed concrete is pumped through a hose to the nozzle where it's sprayed directly onto the surface with air pressure.

Surface Application:

The nozzle operator directs the spray onto the surface, ensuring that the concrete is applied evenly and consistently.

Curing and Finishing:

After the concrete is sprayed, it is left to cure according to the material specifications. In some cases, additional finishing may be done to achieve a smooth or textured surface.
