1. Mechanical adjustment By changing the opening size of the throttle valve, the pumping displacement can be changed. The advantage is low cost, and the disadvantage is that it must be manually adjusted on the car. For remote operation using the remote control from the pump truck, it is very inconvenient and the adjustment accuracy is low.


Second, the engine speed adjustment adjusts the engine speed to change the displacement of the main pump, resulting in a change in the pumping speed and achieving pumping displacement control. The change in engine speed also changes the movement speed of the cloth rod, which may become an irreconcilable contradiction during construction.


Third, the electronic control proportional valve adjustment The electronic control proportional valve adjustment is divided into the following two methods according to the different electrical control methods: 1. The wireless remote controller outputs a PWM signal to directly drive the displacement control proportional valve. The wireless remote controller outputs a PWM signal of 200-600mA Directly drive the displacement control proportional valve to realize the stepless speed regulation of pumping displacement, overcoming the problem that the mechanical adjustment method cannot achieve remote control. The disadvantage is that once the remote control fails, the pumping displacement cannot be adjusted on the control panel . 2. The PWM signal output by the proportional amplifier board drives the displacement control proportional valve through the (remote control / panel control) switch, you can easily adjust the input of the proportional amplifier board by the wireless remote control or the control panel, so that the proportional amplifier board outputs 200- The 600mA PWM signal drives the displacement control proportional valve. In summary, the PWM signal output by the proportional amplifier board drives the displacement control proportional valve to change the pumping displacement. Conversion control to achieve stepless speed regulation of pumping displacement, which is more in line with actual construction requirements.
