Adjustment of concrete pump
After the concrete pump is used for a period of time, the cutting ring and the glasses plate wear out and need to be adjusted. Although these parts are made of high-quality materials and have little wear, they still need to adjust the gap between them. The total adjustment can be up to 8mm. If the spectacle plate is grooved, it can be smoothed on a surface grinder (with a diamond wheel). The adjustment of the valve tube makes the valve tube swing to the middle position between the two cylinders to stop the pump. Remove the clamping nut of the rocker arm, put a pressure block between the rocker arm and the nut, and move the S tube outward to the shaft end (toward the end of the conveying cylinder). Lock the rocker arm again.
note:
The glasses plate should not be too close to the S tube cutting ring, because it will accelerate the wear.
If both the eyeglass plate and the cutting ring need to be replaced, as long as the S tube is swung 1800 upward, both can be easily removed
