Pump Operator (1 person) – Operates and monitors the shotcrete pump and material feeding.
Assistant/Laborer (1 person, optional) – Helps with hose handling, refilling materials, and general site assistance.
For larger projects, additional workers may be needed for hose management, quality control, and safety supervision.
