Inspection and maintenance in pumping operation
(1) Inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment
1) Check the current and temperature rise of the motor, which should be within the specified range;
2) The instrument, indicator light, and various operating parts work well;
3) Operate in the prescribed order to avoid starting with load;
4) Keep electrical equipment clean and dry;
5) Protect the cable and remote control cable from damage.
(2) Inspection and maintenance of hydraulic system:
1) Check the oil level, oil quality, and oil temperature of the fuel tank, which should meet the requirements;
2) The pressure, flow, noise and temperature rise of the oil pump and oil motor should be within the normal range;
3) All valves, accumulators, pressure gauges, etc. should work well;
4) The hydraulic pipeline is firmly connected without external leakage.
(3) Inspection and maintenance of water tank
1) The water in the water tank should be replenished in time. When the water in the water tank is consumed too quickly, the cause of the water volume should be checked and dealt with;
2) Keep the water quality clean. If it is turbid or has oil slick, the water should be changed. When the water pollution is serious, the water tank should be cleaned, generally every 5 to 8 shifts. If the water pollution is too fast, the reason should be checked and dealt with;
3) In the cold season, heat preservation measures should be taken, or 20I antifreeze should be added to prevent the water tank from freezing.
(4) Inspection and maintenance of hopper
1) Remove the oversized aggregates or other debris on the grid at any time, and the grid must not be arbitrarily removed.
2) Wash off the cement slurry overflowing to the outside of the hopper in time;
3) Prevent foreign objects such as steel bars from entering the hopper, and check the cause in time when the stirring shaft is stuck and remove the obstacles;
4) Lubricate the stirring bearing in time;
(5) S tube inspection and maintenance
1) Wash away the concrete splashed outside the valve box in time with water;
2) Keep the valve window closed, if there is water leakage, slurry leakage, air leakage, it should be checked and treated immediately. After the valve window is opened, the sealing surface and the sealing ring must be cleaned and then tightly closed;
3) Ensure the lubrication of the lubrication points of the distribution valve, the lubrication of the large and small end bearing seats.
(6) Inspection and maintenance of transportation pipeline
1) The pipe joints should be firm and tightly closed. If there is water leakage and slurry leakage, they should be disassembled, inspected and handled in time;
2) Check the support and fixation of the pipeline and maintain it in time.
(7) Replacement of wearing parts
1. Gap adjustment between eyeglass plate and cutting ring
After pumping about 5000 m3 of concrete, you should pay attention to check the gap between the eyeglass plate and the cutting ring. If it exceeds 2mm, and the wear is uniform, you should consider adjusting the gap. The adjustment steps are as follows:
(1) Clean the hopper and S pipe valve;
(2) Unscrew the positioning screw 4;
(3) Tighten the special-shaped bolt 5 and pull the S tube toward the rear wall of the hopper to reduce the gap between the cutting ring and the eyeglass plate;
(4) Install the set screw 4.
