Method For Preventing Blockage Of Concrete Pump

Method for preventing blockage of concrete pump

1. When installing and designing the pipeline, avoid 90° and S-bend as much as possible, and try not to use pump tubes with obvious pits to reduce the resistance of pumping concrete and prevent blockage. The pump tube should be inspected frequently. If the pump tube is worn in one direction, the tube should be replaced in time. If the pump tube thickness is too thin, replace the new tube in time to prevent the pump tube from exploding or changing the pump during the working process. The tube is blocked due to the long tube time.

2, in order to ensure the continuity of the pumping concrete operation, to ensure the quality of concrete pouring, the interval between operations should not be too long to prevent blockage. If the interval is long for some reason, the pump should be started once every 20 minutes or the pump should be reversed and forwarded several times. If necessary, the circulating pump should be used to prevent blockage.

3, pumping concrete should meet the pumpability requirements, if necessary, determine the mix ratio of pumped concrete through the test pump.

4. The ratio of the maximum particle size of the coarse aggregate to the diameter of the conveying pipe should be: when the pumping height is below 50m, it should not be greater than 1:3 for gravel, not more than 1:2.5 for pebble; the pumping height is 50~100m. When it is suitable for the range of 1:3 to 1:4; when the pumping height is 100m or more, it should be between 1:4 and 1:5. The content of the needle-like particles should not be greater than 10%.

Concrete pump is a mechanical device for pumping concrete. Fine stone concrete pump has many wearing parts, and each of them has different functions in construction. It is precisely because of the presence of these fittings and wearing parts that a normal use of fine stone concrete pumps and good construction efficiency are guaranteed. So how do you reduce the wear and tear on the concrete pump?

1. The cutting ring and the glasses plate are a pair of tightly fitting parts with relative movement. The contact surfaces of the two are welded with a layer of wear-resistant material through the shaped nut at the end of the S-shaped spline shaft, and the gap between the two can be adjusted. (0, 1~0, 2) mm, the rubber spring assembled between the S-shaped tube and the cutting ring allows the cutting ring and the glasses plate to move relative to each other flexibly.

2. Say the consumable parts such as the discharge port, the conical tube and the distribution valve. If the wear layer is found to be worn away, it is necessary to use the electrode to be welded in time so that it can be used for a while. Due to different engineering sites, such as the level of concrete, the distance and height of the pump, the service life of the wearing parts such as cutting rings and glasses plates varies greatly from site to site, but the pump is used and handled correctly. The service life of the wearing parts of the machine can be used for a longer period of time, bringing better economic benefits to the customer.

During the use of the concrete pump, if it is not operated correctly, the mechanical movement of the concrete pump of the concrete pump will be damaged, which will affect the quality and service life of the machine. So we must master the above.
