China's foam concrete production equipment is mainly cast-in-situ complete units. Its models are mainly small and medium. Because this model has adapted to the current situation of small foam enterprises in China, it has achieved rapid development and basically replaced imported models. In addition to cast-in-situ equipment, China's foam concrete product production equipment has also achieved technological breakthroughs in recent years. In particular, production lines such as foamed concrete sandwich panels, composite panels, integrated houses, and ceramsite blocks have been initially finalized, have certain innovations, have entered the stage of promotion and application, and still have a small number of exports. It is expected that the processing of product production lines will reach a fixed size within 3 to 5 years and will be exported in large quantities.
China's foam concrete equipment has Chinese characteristics, and is characterized by miniaturization, practicality, and easy operation. The price is only a few tenths of that of European and American equipment, which is economical and affordable. This equipment is not only adapted to the national conditions of China, but also to the national conditions of developing countries, and is therefore welcomed by developing countries. Foam concrete in developing countries is in its infancy, and there is a strong demand for foam concrete equipment. They could not afford the expensive foam concrete equipment in Europe and the United States, and turned to China. China's foam concrete equipment has been exported to dozens of countries in Asia, Africa, and South America. It has not weakened under the impact of the financial crisis and has become the largest foam concrete equipment supplier in developing countries. In particular, neighboring Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Thailand, and Taiwan Province of China have always maintained a strong demand for China's foam concrete equipment. It can also be said that China has made significant contributions to the development of foam concrete in developing countries. In just 5 years, China has developed from an importer of foam concrete technology equipment to an exporter. This change is our pride.
Although China's foam concrete production equipment has reached the set technical level and scale, compared with developed countries in Europe and the United States, there is still a large gap. The comprehensive advantages of large-scale equipment, automation, and sophisticated processing in Europe and the United States are outstanding. Like the cast-in-place equipment, Europe and the United States are equipped with raw material silos and automatic batching systems, as well as a slurry density automatic control system. However, the equipment in our country is manual batching and electric control and manual operation. The slurry density is difficult to control, and the gap is obvious. How to improve the technical level of China's foam concrete production equipment is an important issue we face in the next 3-5 years.
