Choosing a wet spray machine manufacturer with many sales performances, rich service experience, and good market reputation is an important guarantee for good equipment use; choosing a wet spray manipulator with stable performance and mature technology can improve construction quality and spray anchor effectiveness.
3. Qualified raw materials
The grade of cement is not lower than 42.5. The coarse aggregate should be solid and durable gravel or pebble, and the particle size is generally not greater than 15mm. The fine aggregate should be hard and durable medium and coarse sand, and the fineness modulus should generally be greater than 2.5; Before selecting the accelerator, the compatibility of the accelerator and the cement and the effect of cement paste setting should be tested. The parameters of the accelerator should be strictly controlled to be 3-5%.
