Safety precautions for operation and application of truck-mounted concrete pump

Application safety precautions

1.The concrete conveying pump truck can only be used for concrete conveying. Any other use (such as lifting heavy objects) is dangerous.

2. The height and distance of the concrete pumped by the boom are strictly calculated and confirmed by experiments. Any subsequent connection of the end hose or extending the end hose to more than 3m is not allowed. The resulting risk is It is the responsibility of the operator.

3. Unauthorized modification of the pump truck that may affect safety, including changing the safety pressure and operating speed settings; using large diameter pipes or increasing the wall thickness of pipes, and changing control procedures or circuits. Changes to the boom and outriggers, etc.

4. Pump truck operators must wear safety helmets and abide by safety regulations and safety regulations on the construction site.

Support safety precautions:

1. The supporting ground must be level. Otherwise it is necessary to make a horizontal support surface. Can not be supported on the cavity.

2. The pump truck must be supported on solid ground. If the maximum pressure of the outrigger is greater than the allowable pressure on the ground, a support plate or auxiliary square wood must be used to increase the support surface area.

3. When the pump truck is supported near the pit or slope, a sufficient safety distance should be maintained.

4. When supporting, please ensure that the whole machine is in a horizontal state, and the maximum horizontal deflection angle of the whole machine is not more than 3 degrees.

5. When the outriggers are extended or retracted, the area where the outriggers rotate is a dangerous area, and personnel may be pinched in the area.

6. When supporting, all outriggers must be extended and retracted to the specified position (the outriggers are aligned with the arrows on the outriggers, and the outrigger arms are aligned with the outriggers' outrigger arrows), otherwise there is a danger of tipping.

7. The outriggers must be supported according to the requirements before the boom can be operated. The outriggers can only be retracted after being placed on the main support of the boom.

8. The factors that reduce the stability must be gathered immediately and removed and re-supported as required. Factors that reduce the stability include changes in ground conditions caused by rain, snow, or other water sources.
