The first challenge when working in mountainous regions is often getting the equipment to the work site:
Terrain Navigation: Mountain roads and trails may be narrow, steep, or unpaved. Ensure the wet shotcrete machine is equipped with suitable wheels or tracks for rough terrain, or use a transport vehicle capable of navigating these conditions.
Logistical Planning: Plan the transport route carefully. You may need to coordinate with a helicopter for hard-to-reach areas or use specialized off-road vehicles to move the machine to the worksite.
Site Preparation: Once on-site, make sure the surface is stable enough to support the heavy equipment. Reinforce unstable ground or areas with loose rock to ensure safety.
