Product Introduction

The Saner Concrete Injector Pump is a high-performance, diesel-powered grouting and concrete pumping solution engineered for demanding construction, mining, tunneling, foundation reinforcement, and infrastructure projects worldwide.

Key Features

Stable Concrete Delivery: The heavy-duty S-tube valve keeps concrete flowing smoothly, reducing pressure loss and preventing interruptions during pumping.

Advanced Hydraulic System: Dual hydraulic circuits separate primary functions to optimize energy efficiency and prevent thermal overheating.

Intelligent Pressure Adaptation: Rapidly adapts to pipeline resistance changes via quick high/low pressure valve adjustment.

High-Displacement Hydraulic Main Pump: Utilizes a premium Kawasaki main pump (190 ml/r) for low-pulsation, uninterrupted material throughput.

Heavy-Duty Air Cooling: Integrated air-cooled hydraulic radiator ensures oil temperatures remain within optimal operating limits during high-ambient, full-load operation.

Working principle

Step 1 – Material Preparation

Prepare the cement grout, mortar, or fine concrete mix to specification (160–230 mm slump) and ensure all pipeline connections are secured with heavy-duty couplings.

Step 2 – Hopper Loading

Discharge the mixed concrete into the 860 L capacity hopper. The agitator maintains mix consistency and prevents material segregation.

Step 3 – Reciprocating Pumping Action

Driven by the 110 kW diesel engine and dual hydraulic system, hydraulic oil cylinders drive the twin concrete pistons in alternating reciprocating strokes. The S-tube valve synchronously shifts between concrete cylinders to direct continuous flow.

Step 4 – High-Pressure Conveyance

Concrete is forced through the S-tube into connected steel or heavy-duty rubber pipelines under continuous pressure, reaching target application zones horizontally or vertically.

Step 5 – System Flushing & Cleanup

Upon batch completion, the system is flushed using water or sponge wash-out balls to clear leftover concrete from the cylinders and delivery pipe, preventing blockages and wear.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the standard lead time for factory production and order delivery?

A: Standard units ship within 15–20 working days from deposit confirmation, while customized OEM configurations take approximately 30 calendar days.

Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM customization for specific project requirements?

A: Yes, we provide full custom branding, color schemes, engine emissions compliance adjustments (Euro V / Tier 4 Final), and tailored chassis designs.

Q: What are your standard international commercial and payment terms?

A: We accept FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP terms, typically settled via T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) or 100% Irrevocable L/C at Sight.

Q: How is the equipment packed to fit into standard shipping containers?

A: Units are engineered to fit inside a 40ft High Cube (40HC) container with minimal disassembly, saving substantial ocean freight costs compared to Flat Rack shipping.

Q: Does Saner accept local dealership or regional agency distribution applications?

A: Yes, we offer exclusive territorial distributor agreements supported by tiered pricing, marketing rebates, and localized sales leads.

Q: Can you provide customized Certificate of Origin documents for import tax reductions?
