Working Principle
The SANER Ground Line Concrete Pump operates on a hydraulic twin-cylinder piston design. During operation, the main hydraulic cylinders drive the concrete pistons in a reciprocating motion.
Intake Stroke: As one piston retracts, it draws concrete from the hopper into the concrete cylinder via suction.
Discharge Stroke: Simultaneously, the other piston advances, pushing concrete out of its cylinder and through the S-valve into the pipeline system.
Valve Switching: The S-valve swiftly oscillates to alternate connection between the two cylinders and the delivery pipe, ensuring a seamless, continuous flow of concrete under high pressure.
