Trail Mobile Concrete Pump Crete
The SANER Trailer Mobile Concrete Pump is a high-performance concrete pumping solution designed for long-distance and high-rise construction projects. It is widely used in residential, commercial, mining, tunnel, bridge, and infrastructure applications.
Key Features
Continuous Dual-Cylinder Pumping: Alternate delivery cylinder strokes eliminate concrete flow pulsation and maintain volumetric stability.
Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Outriggers: Provides stable anchoring and absorbs structural reaction forces during high-pressure operations.
Optimized S-Valve System: Features high-chromium wear plates and rings engineered for tight sealing and smooth flow of coarse aggregates.
Intelligent Air-Cooling System: Maintains optimal hydraulic oil temperatures under continuous, heavy-load operations in tropical climates.

Working Principle
Material Feeding: Ready-mix concrete is discharged into the 0.6 m³ capacity hopper, where an integrated mixing shaft prevents aggregate segregation.
Suction & Pumping Stroke: The dual hydraulic drive cylinders operate synchronously in a reciprocating cycle. As Cylinder A retracts to draw concrete from the hopper into the concrete cylinder, Cylinder B extends to push concrete through the distribution valve.
S-Valve Switching: At the end of each stroke, high-pressure directional control valves rapidly shift the S-valve to align with the active cylinder, maintaining a continuous fluid stream through the discharge pipeline.
Quality Inspection & Factory Testing
Before factory sign-off, every SANER Crete pump completes a rigorous testing protocol:
100% Weld Inspection: Ultrasonic non-destructive testing performed on critical chassis load points.
Full Hydraulic Pressure Test: System operational check conducted at maximum design pressure (32 MPa).
Continuous Duty Test: 2-hour uninterrupted pressure retention and continuous pumping simulation.
Final Quality Audit: Comprehensive dimensional, electrical, hydraulic, and paint finish clearance sign-off with an official factory inspection certificate.
Certifications & Standards
ISO 9001: Certified Quality Management System covering all production stages
CE Compliance: Fully meets relevant European Union machinery safety directives
EAC Certification: Compliant with Eurasian Customs Union technical regulations
Packaging, Delivery & Logistics
Export-Grade Protection: Critical hydraulic blocks, electric motors, and control cabinets are sealed in moisture-proof vacuum wrapping.
Container Loading: Safely secured inside standard high-cube containers (40ft HQ) or flat rack units using heavy-duty steel tie-downs and anti-skid blocks.
Documentation: Shipped with a detailed packing list, operation manuals, hydraulic schematics, and an official factory test report.
FAQ
Q: What is the typical lead time for production and delivery?
A: Standard configurations ship within 15 to 20 business days after deposit confirmation, while customized voltage or diesel units require 25 to 30 days.
Q: What OEM or private label customization options do you offer for distributors?
A: We support full OEM customization, including custom paint schemes, logo integration, language-specific control panels, and regional component preferences.
Q: What warranty coverage is included with the pump?
A: Every machine includes a 12-month or 2,000-operating-hour warranty covering main structural frames, hydraulic pumps, and major electrical components.
Q: How do you handle warranty claims and defective parts dispatch?
A: Defective parts covered under warranty are replaced free of charge and dispatched via priority air freight within 48 hours of diagnostic confirmation.
Q: What is the estimated wear-life of the spectacle plate and cutting ring?
A: Under standard aggregate conditions, high-chromium alloy wear plates last between 20,000 to 30,000 m³ of concrete before requiring replacement.
Q: Can this equipment be safely operated using site generators?
A: Yes, it runs smoothly on job-site diesel generators, provided the generator capacity is rated at least 1.5 to 2 times the total motor power (minimum 90–110 kVA).
Q: What payment terms and trade methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and 100% irrevocable LC at sight, operating under FOB, CIF, or DDP terms.
Q: How is shipping arranged to minimize container space and freight cost?
A: The pump dimensions are engineered to fit standard 40ft HQ shipping containers alongside standard accessory pipelines and spare parts to optimize ocean freight costs.
Q: Do you offer local distributor exclusivity in specific geographic regions?
A: Yes, regional exclusivity rights are granted to qualified distributors based on target annual sales volumes and local service capabilities.
